Featuring an overlapping inserted substructure made of spruce, the massive, deeply grooved frame shows an amazing set walnut veneered surface and is additionally adorned by broad, beautifully carved so-called "egg and dart" bars (also known as "bull’s or ox eye") as well as great designed narrow stripes on the inside.
