An exceptional, fine and impressive antique George V English sterling silver photograph frame; an addition to our ornamental silverware collection This exceptional antique George V sterling silver photograph frame has a rounded rectangular form with an incurved, domed upper portion and a plain rounded rectangular internal window. The surface of this Henry Mathews silver frame is plain and embellished with a paralleling embossed decorated border to the rim. This antique silver photograph frame is fitted with an oakwood back with hinged strut, secured with two swivel catches. This impressive example of antique silverware is inset with a removable glass panel. Condition This antique Henry Mathews silver frame is an exceptional gauge of silver and exceptional quality for its type. The frame has been professionally polished and is in exceptional presentation condition. The original oakwood back is also in presentation condition. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the frame are very clear.
