MAY FURNITURE is a Brooklyn-based luxury custom and collection furniture design studio founded by multidisciplinary artist, Travis James. Since inception, MAY has captured the attention and recognition of a prominent worldwide design community that includes private residential clients and interior architects and designers in the hospitality, museum, and commercial space design fields. MAY features an original collection of indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, sculptural objects, and an all wood proprietary material produced in-house that resembles the look and feel of smooth, polished stone. The collection combines utility with high art and is influenced heavily by Brutalist architecture.
