e15 Selected Munken Cube in Paper & Oak by Philipp Mainzer & Juno
About the Item
The Munken cube is sculpture, working tool and source of inspiration all in one. The form is pure at the same time flexible and consists of a monumental stack of Munken paper and a base of solid oak. From a 60 mm thick solid oak base by e15 “grow” 2200 sheets of high quality 120 gr Munken paper to form a 500 mm high pad whose shape can be twisted and deformed. The one-sided glueing of the paper ensures that the Munken cube retains its form and that every sheet can be detached from the stack. The Munken cube is available with blank paper or as an imprinted version, either with a customer logo or with completely imprinted paper.
