Very rare ceramic made by Michel Lucotte in France in 1951. Large free form model made in clay and glazed with black cover and crackled white on the inside. In good condition with a glued handle. Underside signed Lucotte 1951. Michel lucotte (1931) made only a hundred ceramics between 1946 and 1958. He exhibited at the gallery Mai in Paris in 1951 and at the gallery L'arc en Seine in 2008. Complete artist, he was ceramist, sculptor, painter then engraver.
