Created by Allan Therkelsen for Royal Copenhagen, this white porcelain polar bear and her two cubs were from the 'Motherly Love' series of figures.
Beautifully sculptured and hand painted using the underglaze technique, a method of painting the piece before being covered with a transparent glaze and then fired in the kiln.
This is a delightful piece of Royal Copenhagen
