Rare and beautifully hand carved eagle sculpture on a crescent moon design mirror.
If you are appreciative of rare and sculptural antiques then this Swiss Black Forest wall mirror could be exactly what you are looking for. The quality in both the details and the patination (or coloring) of this wooden eagle sculpture are among the best we have seen to date. For this antique to be in such great condition makes it even better. It takes a special craftsman and artist to create such a realistic looking piece. The kind that you simply don't find anymore in this day and age. We think there used to also be a claw on the lower end of the crescent moon mirror, but other than that this top quality antique could not be any better or more original. Have you also noticed the original, piercing glass eye of this natural born predator?
