An early, 1961, sculptural Austin Productions horse inspired by the celebrated ceramic horses of China's Tang Dynasty. Executed in the firm's signature Durastone composition, the piece features an elegantly elongated neck, stylized facial features, and a richly textured hand-finished surface that emulates weathered carved stone. Originally introduced in the early 1960s, this design embodies the Mid-Century fascination with ancient Asian art and remains one of Austin Productions' most recognizable equestrian forms.
