He was a child prodigy who toured Europe and played for the Royal courts. In his short life he wrote over 800 works spanning many genres. His most recognisable works include The Jupiter Symphony, The Marriage of Figaro and the Magic Flute. Louis-Ernest Barrias (1841-1905) Barrias was a French sculptor of the Beaux-Arts school. He often worked in marble with bronzes of works created for editioning and sale. His style is very classical realist and was influenced by Art Nouveau, some of his best known works are ‘Nature Unveiling Herself Before Science.’ and ‘Portrait of a Young Mozart’. F Barbedienne Fondeur (1810-1892) Ferdinand Barbedienne was a French metalworker and bronze founder.
