Pair of Agate Geodes with Blue & White Lace Banding ▫️Description A matching pair of small banded agate geodes, these pieces stand out for the quality of their blue-and-white lace banding, their clean formation, and the rare way the White Galaxy Druzy formed in each interior. They are Super Extra, one-of-a-kind specimens that display beautifully together in a collection or as décor pieces. The agate layers show a clear record of growth over millions of years. It all started with blue agate bands that transition into crisp white lace layers, creating a natural “drawing” that leads the eye inward. At the center, each geode opens into a beautiful white galaxy pocket that adds sparkle and contrast against the agate banding. It’s also important to note that these geodes are completely natural and untreated—cut and polished only to reveal the banding and crystal interiors, with no dye or enhancement. Agate typically forms inside cavities in volcanic basalt. Over time, silica-rich fluids slowly deposit layer after layer along the cavity walls.
