With Hallmarks: FINE, with Alvin Silver hallmarks for the years 1894-1919. Each have intricate overlay with scroll work and an un-monogrammed central cartouche. Each with bottle is matched with the stopper, number 33 / 35 engraved on both bottom of stopper and bottle. The company was founded by Wm. H. Jamoneau in 1886 as Alvin Mfg Co in Irvington, New Jersey. The firm changed to Alvin-Beiderhase Co (c. 1893) under the management of Wm. H. Jamoneau, Henry H. Leibe and George B.
