Roman Clay Jar Handle Fragment

About the Item

Roman clay fragment, this is the remains of the jar handle. This fragment was found in one of France's oldest ports, Fos-sur-Mer, not far from Arles where there exists very important historical remnants of the Roman Empire. Beautiful, charming example of Roman pottery. Measures: 4" H x 7" D x 6 1/2" W.
