Set of Four Archibald Knox Compton Pottery 'Season' Pots

About the Item

Extremely rare set of four terracotta 'Season' pots, designed by Archibald Knox and manufactured by Compton Pottery. All four unusually still retain their original stands. Of circular form, the sides modelled with foliate cartouches of fruit and flowers intersected with ribbon-tied ornament, all stamped and have internal potters mark and are in very good condition.
