An Italian pair of carved wood urns from the early 20th century. This antique pair of decorations from Italy each feature a hand-carved, two-handled urn, which is raised upon a pedestal base, with a floral bouquet springing upward out from it's top. The pieces have a beautiful faux-marbled and polychrome finish, which is created with layers of gesso, varnish, and paint, giving them an attractive and artistic touch. This Italian pair of antique carved-wood urns with flowers, are nicely sized standing at just over two feet in height.
