Sevres Paul Milet Ceramic Art Deco Cobalt Blue Urn or Lidded Vase

About the Item

This large cobalt blue lidded vase was made by the Sevres pottery factory of France and designed by artist Paul Milet in circa 1935. This heavy ceramic urn is done in a brushed deep cobalt blue over turquoise glaze with a matching handled lid. The bottom is clearly marked "PM Sevres" and "Made in France". This large lidded vase stands almost a foot and a half tall from the top of the handle to the base.
