Antje Brüggemann for Rosenthal, Vintage Vase Art Studio German Pottery

About the Item

Antje Brüggemann vase or vessel for Rosenthal Porcelain 'Studio Linie' (line). Antje Brüggemann (born 1941) is one of Germany's top ceramic artists/designers and started working for Rosenthal in 1982. This was one of the earliest of her creations for Rosenthal - part of the 'Silva' collection / range inspired by leaves and other foliage - a common theme of Brüggemann's work. Light grey smooth body with embossed and overlaid leaf design or pattern highlighted in blues, greens and grays. A lovely and quite limited collection.
