Estimated Production Time4-5 weeks

About

A coordinated collection of three hand blown glass statement vessels featuring soft jewel tones and gold-leaf details. Each pitcher-style vase is flattened during the glassblowing process to inspire displays of layered translucent color. Intended for decor, the trio of contemporary forms features pale yellow "straw", warm earthy "tea" and soft sea-green "tourmaline." The Flat Pitcher collection by Vetro Vero is hand blown in America and ideal for decor. Designed to fit on narrow mantles, ledges and window sills, each of three decorative pitchers are blown, shaped and pressed by hand. Sculpted handle, wrap, and solid foot details feature accent colors and are finished in a signature touch of gold leaf. Vetro Vero (Italian: “True Glass”) is the award-winning glass design studio of glassmakers Michael Schunke and Josie Gluck. Distinguished by remarkable clarity, spectacular colors, and exquisite craftsmanship Vetro Vero preserves and refines the meaning of excellence in contemporary craft. Each trio of vessels is made-to-order and hand blown without the use of molds. Dimensions are approximate, and subtle variations in color and size are to be expected. Offered in petite tea, medium tourmaline and tall straw. Petite tea: 6 x 2.5 x 12-13" tall Medium tourmaline: 7 x 2.5 x 15-16" tall Tall straw: 7.5 x 18-19" tall.
