Ceramica Gatti (Maker)
This splendid vase by Gatti Ceramica shows innovation in its modern shape. Fashioned on the wheel with local clay, this Maiolica piece is painted in white and fired two times before being hand-plated with pure platinum on the exterior. Finally, the piece is fired a third time, in accordance to the time-honored techniques of Faenza ceramics.
