Fratelli Toso Murano Antique Tall Millefiori Flowers Italian Art Glass Vase
About the Item
Beautiful and large, antique Murano hand blown Millefiori Murrina flower mosaic Italian art glass double handles vase. Documented to the Fratelli Toso company, circa 1900-1920. Amazingly the vase still remains an original and very old gallery label. It reads "Caniani & Sommer Venezia". The vase has an early Amphora design with double handles and small flared out rim. The vase has dark purple background, with white and yellow daisy flowers, alternating with white, pink and yellow center flower murrines. Would make a great display piece on any vanity, desk or credenza. Art Nouveau era. Collectors item. Measures 10" tall x 4 1/4" long x 4 1/4" wide.
