About the Item

Description: Sculptural vase in Patinated Dark Bronze and Hand blown Bohemian glass designed by French artist in Decorative arts Eric Schmitt. Hand Blown in Bohemia and sculpted in France. Limited edition of 20 made for Fleurs Bella and Valerie Goodman in 5 different finishes and 3 shades of glass. Each vase is signed by the artist and marked for this edition.

Eric Schmitt was part of the 1980's En Attendant les Barbares movement with Garouste and Bonnetti among others. In the 90's he joined the avant-garde galerie Neotu and since then had a number of solo exhibits in other galleries.
