About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown white and aventurine flecks Italian art glass millefiori flowers / stars handkerchief fazzoletto vase. Documented to the Fratelli Toso company. The vase has a very unusual pattern, made with black lined murrines with copper aventurine over them. They fool your eyes into seeing a leopard print, even though they are actually glittery flowers / stars. The inner layer of the vase is white. Would make a great showpiece on any coffee table, dresser or credenza. Fill it with flowers or display it as a sculptural piece in your home. Mid-century era. Very rare design. Collectors item! Measures 8 3/4" long x 8 1/4" wide x 7" tall.
