About the Item
This pair of beautiful Art objects are from the Claritas series that Timo started in 1984. They are from glass, clear,opal,blown, cut and polished.
The smaller versions of the Claritas collection are quite beautiful especially in pairs. They were developed as a collaboration project of several stages involving Timo Sarpaneva and the glassblowers. The Claritas required a versatile technique and more than average skill in the finishing work. The Claritas exhibition was held in 1984.
These pieces are fully signed, Timo Sarpaneva Iittala 1988.
