About

Classical perfection.

Never comfortable designing pieces for mass production, nor delegating throwing or glazing duties to assistants, Friberg was the consummate potter, happiest when seated at his wheel. He reportedly took detailed notes in a series of spiral binders about every piece he made, lest he want to revisit a certain glaze effect years later.
