Thomas Webb Art Nouveau Pair Bronze Iridescent Handled Glass Vases

About the Item

A superb and stylish pair British Art Nouveau iridescent bronze glass vases by Thomas Webb and dating from around 1890-1910. The hand-blown glass vases stand raised on a rounded pedestal foot with tall baluster shaped bodies with vertical linear patterning to the body dividing the body into twelve sections the vase has a wide trumpet shaped top with narrow neck and has tall piped glass handles applied to either side and resting on the top rim. The vases have a wonderful bronze iridescent finish and both have polished pontil mark recesses to the base and are not marked. In good condition with light age wear.
