A hand thrown stoneware vase having all over embossed and incised decoration covered in a variegated matte cream glaze. Norwegian ceramicist Fjeldsaa received gold medals at the Triennale in Milan in 1954 and at the International Exhibition of Ceramics in Cannes in 1957.
