Four Mid-Century Spun Aluminum and Turned Wood Tumblers, Style of Russel Wright

This is a handsome set of four Mid-Century Modern tumblers crafted from spun aluminum and raised on finely turned wood bases, executed in the style of Russel Wright. Their understated cylindrical forms, satin-brushed aluminum finish, and warm wood accents exemplify the clean, functional aesthetic that defined American modern design during the 1950s and 1960s. Lightweight yet substantial in hand, these versatile vessels are equally at home serving cocktails, water, or iced beverages, while also making an attractive display on a bar cart or open shelving. The contrast between the cool industrial aluminum and the warm natural wood creates a timeless modernist look that complements both vintage and contemporary interiors. The set is in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, including surface marks and patina from normal handling. The aluminum bodies are free of dents or cracks.
