The baluster-shaped glass bodies are delicately hand engraved in fine detail showing branches of leaves and blossoms. The 1st quality (.950) silver mounts feature the original lemon gilding and are decorated with branches, leaves, buds and flowers down to the stepped pedestal base. A charming set of four Art Deco French sterling silver wine tasters, all in superb condition each with a novelty shaped and pierced handle, all with a different playing card suite motif. They come in their original presentation box, the lining of the lid printed, Tetard Freres, Paris. Each of the tasters is hallmarked Minerve head and the makers mark for Tetard Freres. Tétard, along with Puiforcat and Christofle, was one of the leading makers of French Art Deco silver.
