About the Item
This is a beautiful Italian barware sterling silver coaster set from the 1960s. They are made of 800 sterling silver, and each shape represents a different fruit: a pear, two lemons, an apple, a pineapple, and a quince. Each coaster also boasts a unique Murano glass artwork insert. The legal hallmarks are engraved on each piece, though the maker is not identified. These six bar coasters would make great conversation pieces at your next party with family and friends.
Measurements:
Pear shape: 4.50 in wide (11.5 cm) by 2.75 in deep (7 cm) by 0.5 in high (1.2 cm).
Apple shape: 3.94 in wide (10 cm) by 3.13 in deep (8 cm) by 0.5 in high (1.2 cm).
Pineapple shape: 4.32 in wide (11 cm) by 2.57 in deep (6.5 cm) by 0.5 in high (1.2 cm).
Quince shape: 3.94 in wide (10 cm) by 2.94 in deep (7.5 cm) by 0.5 in high (1.2 cm).
Lemon shape: 4.32 in wide (11 cm) by 2.75 in deep (7 cm) by 0.5 in high (1.2 cm).
The inner diameter of each coaster is 2.38 in (6 cm).
