About the Item
A very rare rolling pin fashioned from glazed porcelain and patinated oak. Its green motif is a micro-cosmos of a kitchen kaos. Very humorous, peculiar and funny especially given its age. It was designed by the Danish artist Paul Høyrup Jørgensen and made at Nymølle I Denmark circa 1960-65. Marked to its side: Nymølle Denmark. Nymølle is known for housing Bjorn Wiinblad and Gunnar Nylunds designs in particular. Measurements: L/H: 37 cm, Diameter: 7 cm.
