Henry Lambert Art Nouveau English Sterling Silver Wine Cooler
About the Item
This gorgeous Art Nouveau English sterling silver bowl is used for cooling wine
and features a repose floral design with three exaggerated pedunculated knob feet and fanciful scroll handles. The handles are two inches higher than the bowl- (see below. )
Made by H. Lambert and dated 1911 by the English silver mark, the weight in sterling is 83 ounces. Silver marks on the side (see photos) denote the maker, location and date. Marked Lambert London on the bottom. See measurements below.
