Coors Porcelain Company Evaporating Dish

About the Item

A wonderfully modern early 20th century Coors Porcelain Company evaporating dish with a glazed interior and spout, and an unglazed bisque exterior. An example of this bowl, along with several others, is in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City in their Architecture and Design department. This bowl is the perfect mixing bowl for brownies. We know because we've tried it!
