Elegant black bowls with a minimalist design
This soup bowl combines modern design with artisanal craftsmanship. Perfect for anyone who loves to throw a dinner party or just wants to match a black kitchen decor. These plates and bowls are handmade stoneware, meaning they are made to last. Dishwasher safe and microwave safe, and more durable than standard ceramic or terracotta.
They also pair very well with our graphic tableware line.
Handmade and hand painted ceramics from Portugal, these beautiful pieces for your table will add a modern touch and are perfect to mix and match. Serving bowls, salad plates, and dinner plates are also available.
Bowl: 2.5”H 5”dia
Care Instructions:
Dishwasher (gentle cycle recommended) and oven safe up to 400degreesF. Some marks in the matte glaze are natural and expected -this will not affect the use or durability of the piece over time. Some qualities of cutlery may mark the surface -generally, these "scuff marks" are not permanent and can be removed using products like Bar Keepers Friend.
About the Potter:
Rui's family has been in the pottery business for over 200 years, and we're proud to continue that tradition with him on all of our terracotta ware. Just about every piece we sell is thrown by Rui on the potter's wheel (he started in the family business when he was 8), and is then painted by his aunt Regina.
