Two 1970s Mid-Century Modern Fat Lava Ceramic German Jugs

Two fat lava ceramic jug hand-crafted in Germany in the seventies. They are in lovely conditions, height dimension of the small one is cm 17. The orange color is an iconic color of the fat lava ceramic production. These German Jugs are iconic examples of West German pottery from that era.     This vase 203-18 was produced in the 1970s in West Germany by the Scheurich. This vase was made of ceramics in the fat lava technique. Shiny purple red and expressive brown show the object a rare character. Scheurich always used white clay, the color of which is visible on the bottom edge of the vase.
