White glazed tea pot by Toru Hatta Unique piece Dimensions: Diameter 11 x height 12.5 cm Material: Handmade ceramic. Holds up to 600ml. Toru Hatta was both in Kanazawa in 1977. His love of antiques and old wares lends influence to his ancient and robust-looking pieces, with wonderful subtle drippy results. Greens, touches of pink, a multitude of varying greys to charcoal mark his work. 1977: Born in Kanazawa. 2000: Graduated from the Department of Environmental Design, Faculty of Engineering, Osaka Sangyo University 2000: Selected for Japan Craft Exhibition 2002: Selected for Asahi Contemporary Craft Exhibition.
