20th century Italian plate made of 800 silver in baroque style

About the Item

Large Dish/Tray in solid silver 800. The plate is Baroque in style and made completely by hand. On the outside, the slab was hammered and shaped into a very wide flap dive was welded a cast edge, reproducing scrolls and shells, typical of the Baroque style. These workings included faces with allegories, surrounded by flowers, grapes and leaves. The edge was then all chiseled finished to make the casting elegant and refined. Made in Milan in the POBBIATI silver workshop
