English Pottery Green-Glazed Leaf Plates, Possibly Brameld, Yorkshire

About

English pottery green-glazed leaf plates, Possibly Brameld, Yorkshire, circa 1820. The set of four plates are molded in a spiral leaf design with a green glaze. while unmarked this type of ware was made at Brameld, Yorkshire. The plates are in good condition with one with two chips to reverse and second with flake to reverse. This plate was produced between 1806 and 1825 under the Brameld brothers operation at the Rockingham Works near Swinton, in South Yorkshire.
