The patterns include: Carolina– Maker: Ralph Hall & Co. Tunstall, Staffordshire – circa 1822-1849 A central image of figures in a boat with a pedestal urn of florals and exotic birds. A dense border of scrolls and branching fruit on a beaded rim. An urn mark. Lausanne Villa – Maker: Unknown, Staffordshire- circa 1839-1840 A Chinoiserie style theme of figures in front of a building. A floral and scrolled border on a shaped rim. A cartouche and calligraphy mark. Olympian– Maker: John Ridgway & Co. Hanley, Staffordshire – circa 1841-1855 A romantic pattern with a river, trees, a hillside mansion, and well dressed figures. A rose and paneled border. An armorial mark. Chinese Fountains – Maker: Elkin, Knight & Bridgwood, Fenton, Staffordshire – circa 1822-1846 A central image of a figure collecting water from a fountain surrounded by oversized flowers. A wide floral and scrolled border on a scalloped molded rim. A cartouche and calligraphy mark. Persian – Maker: William Ridgway & Co, Shelton, Hanley, Staffordshire – circa 1830-1854.
