An absolutely beautiful, 46 piece set of tableware created by famed Industrial designer Pietro Manzoni, circa 1970s for Vietri. These hand-carved, highly polished pieces were made in limited quantities from turned Italian Sycamore between the 1970s-1980s. A rare and exquisite example of late Mid-Century Industrial design.

Measures: The collection includes eight large dinner plates or chargers, eight dessert or salad plates 8.5 diameter, eight salad bowls 2.25 inches high x 5.50 diameter, eight soup bowls with curved rims 3.25 inches high x 6 inches diameter, eight goblets 6.5 inches high x 3.75 inches diameter, one large salad bowl with serving fork and spoon 4.5 inches high x 13 inches diameter, large soup bowl with curved rim 5.5 inches high x 12 inches diameter and an exquisitely designed carafe with a copper on glass insulated interior and cork stopper. The carafe alone measures 11.25 inches tall by 6.25 inches in diameter. In excellent vintage condition with minor scratches on the salad bowl only.

Embossing on the bottom of each piece reads handmade in Bergamo Italy, Manzoni Pietro for Vietri, Inc.
