Fine Pair of 19th Century Shaft & Globe Cut Glass Decanters, England circa 1880

About the Item

A very handsome matched pair of 19th century cut glass decanters, both showing necks with navette & scalloped vertical cut flutes, their bases decorated with alternating bands of star cut motifs & scalloped flutes, their undersides having incised star cut detail. Both are in fine overall condition and retain their original dedicated hollow-blown stoppers with a few very minor flakes on their stems consistent with their age and use.
