French Engraved Glass Silver Mounted Atomiser 19th Century

About

A stunning antique French silver mounted atomiser scent bottle with cut and finely engraved heavy glass base with scroll and small object designs with star cut base and with a silver mounted rim with a screw down atomiser domed cover. The atomised has a sprung loaded lock down plunger and has a garland moulded design with screw down cap attached by a chain to the side. The cover has a gilded finish with impressed French silver assay mark with further impressed silver marks to the bottle mount including a makers initials RM set either side of a large X.
