Original Murano glass vase transparent has a solid round base in oxidized iron on which was built a flared structure in the shape of a cage with a burnished iron rod inside which is the glass modeled for its realization has been performed ancient craftsmanship handed down for centuries by generations of master glassmakers. We bought the vase and other goods in the dusty warehouse of a small artisan furnace on the island of Murano in the area "Fondamenta dei Vetrai" near the Church of San Piero Martire, where the owners, two old brothers, very skilled glassmakers, assured us that the vase was part of a series of vases created between 1970 and 1974.
