About the Item

In the Twist collection the transparent glass is embossed with a multicolor glass thread. The result is a set that recalls optical art and gives a touch of originality to your table. Six multi-color tumblers (dimeter cm 8, height cm 10) and one jug (diameter cm 13, eight cm 28). Matteo Zorzeroni: the style that sets him apart and has made him one of the most promising Italian designers is his continuo- us study of materials and his ability to unlock their unexpected potential. His projects have been showcased in some of the most important exhibitions worldwide including: Maxxi in Rome, Triennale di Milano, London Design Festival, Centre Pompidou and the Biennale of Architecture in Venice. Zorzenoni has been a lecturer at the University of Architecture of Venice IUAV, is currently working with the IED in Madrid and leads workshops for the Domaine de Boisbuchet (Vitra Design Museum). NasonMoretti, established in 1923, creates its products in a limited number , addressing those who are not easily pleased, those who love and search for value and elegance in everyday gestures and objects. Each piece contains the ancient alchemy and the millennial knowledge of Murano master glass-workers, joined with pursuit of a redefined modernity, which make it a unique and collectable object. A NasonMoretti's creation is a fragment of culture that is deeply rooted in the Venetian history, whose ancient techniques are followed to guarantee the purchase of a product of excellence. NasonMoretti won the prestigious "Compasso d'Oro" award in 1955. Nason and Moretti glasses has been chosen to be exhibited at Museum of Modern Art in New York and Galleries Difference in Paris.
