About the Item
A comprehensive collection of 24 luxurious vintage neoclassical Florence Empire-style royal blue goblets and drinking glasses dated around the 1970s by Interclass, Italy. The set consists of six glasses in four different sizes (please refer to the dimensions at the end of the description). Handmade from blown clear and royal blue crystal glass, each piece is decorated by hand with 24K gold in the Medici Cobalt pattern. As for the condition: we believe the glasses were never used and served only as display pieces, as each one still carries its original manufacturer’s label. The vast majority of the glasses are in immaculate, “as new” condition. A few show the slightest signs of wear on the rim (barely noticeable), and only five glasses have minor fading of the gold in certain areas. We have done our best to show the condition as accurately as possible in the photos. These glasses are perfectly suited for a variety of drinks, especially water, sparkling wine, champagne, and liqueurs. Their style is reminiscent of Arte Italica.
