A rare set of ten pieces of "Oiseau de Paradis" desert or salad plates by the legendary team of Fitz and Floyd done in 1981. The motif is a beautiful bird of paradise in an Art Deco meets chinoiserie design. From a gorgeous Palm Springs Estate. The plates have very light use.

In 1979 when these were made, they were called "salad plates" but now the modern host/hostess uses these as buffet/ hors d' oeuvres plates. Rare to have 16 pieces of the same iconic set that sold out worldwide.
Many plates of the set odf 16 are as new (unused). There are some that show VERY light use that have been used very seldomly and well taken care of.
