    This very unique and interesting engraved shell casing is unsigned with respect to its maker, but presumed to have been made in possibly Kuwait or Turkey in circa 1917 in a Folk Art style. The shell casing is from an enormous solid brass artillery shell that has been cut and fashioned into a well tuned bell or gong.
