19th Century English Painted Ceramic Barbotine Pitchers, Set of Three

About the Item

Decorate a wet bar with this charming, sculptural set of antique majolica pitchers. Crafted in England circa 1890, each colorful barbotine jug similar to the one of Onnaing, features three guys in a sitting position and drinking. The body and handle are hand painted in a bright colors. One sculpted ceramic is stamped on the bottom "Sir John Falstaff, Royal Doulton England" for additional authentication. The colorful, painterly pitcher are in excellent condition from the sculpted texture to the wonderful colors. Measure: 9.75" H (largest).
