About the Item

This listing is for TWO very good Jasperware stoneware Jewelry Dishes or Pin Trays, made by Wedgwood, England and dating to the second half of the 20th Century. Both these beautiful dishes have a dark blue matte stoneware back ground but are of different shapes; one square one and one oval one which is slightly larger. Both dishes have a different white relief moulded neoclassical design with figures, horses and winged horses and a continuous leaf border around the outer rims in white. The dishes are both fully marked to the base with the upper case "WEDGWOOD" impressed mark and MADE IN ENGLAND, together with other impressed marks dating the pieces to the second half of the 20th Century. Overall, two beautiful small WEDGWOOD trays or dishes for the Dressing Table, vanity, or sideboard.
