Fossilia Oval Gold Bowl

About the Item

Inspired by madrepore fossils, this exquisite oval-shaped bowl merges traditional craftsmanship with daring modern aesthetic. The shell-white exterior features irregularly shaped, circular motifs with textural ridges, evoking the surface of fossilized corals. The exterior's striking tactile finish, made using unglazed porcelain through a process known as "biscuit", contrasts with the interior of the bowl, decorated with a hand-applied layer of 23kt gold for a stunning visual effect. A low shelf, coffee table or side table will best showcase this dynamic work.
