Meissen lovely figurine deriving from the series of five senses: °E4 The Feeling Measures/dimensions: height 16.0 cm = 6.29 inches measures of base 10.0 x 8.0 cm = 3.93 x 3.14 inches  Manufactory: Meissen Hallmarked: Blue Meissen Sword Mark (underglazed) First quality Former's number 36 Dating: Made, circa 1840-1850 Material: Porcelain, glossy finish, multicolored painted Technique: Handmade porcelain Style: Rococo Style, designed by Johann Carl Schoenheit (1730-1805) modelled, circa 1772. Schoenheit, since the year 1745 modeller of Meissen manufactory, was cooperator / co-worker of Johann Joachim Kaendler (1706-1775). °E4 The Feeling The elegant Rococo lady having sat down is situated beside a table where a birdcage had been put on. The bird is looking out: It bites the lady into her finger. The figurine is based on square socle - its edge is decorated with golden-rose red painted ornaments.
