Terracotta Pot from Mexico

About

Dense, ceramic water vessel from Los Reyes Mezontla, Puebla with beautiful fire marking. Popoloca culture from the highlands of central Mexico. It has taken approximately 6 years to obtain these one of a kind pieces. There are no roads leading to the communities that continue using this pottery. Unfortunately it is a dying art form.
